Installation and any service work performed must be done by a trained qualified contractor who has completed LG training to install and repair the LG equipment. Contractors installing the LG Product(s) must also comply with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations related to HVAC work in the jurisdictions where the services are performed. LG disclaims all responsibility for improper installation of LG products, and any other claims, damages or liabilities arising from dealings with the contractor(s). All incentive submissions must be received by 11:59 PM PST on January 7, 2026. LG Pro Dealers can earn up to $5,000 in spiffs during the program period. Spiff payments are contingent upon available program funding. Claims will be reviewed and paid in the order received. The program reserves the right to deny or adjust payments once allocated funds have been fully committed. Once allocated funds are depleted, no additional spiffs will be paid, regardless of submission date. Spiff eligibility requires installation of a complete system. Partial installations, add-on components, or replacement of individual units do not qualify for incentive payment.
