The promotion runs from August 1, 2025 – October 31, 2025. During this period, contractors need to install eligible LG Heat Pump Water Heaters and register the product on the JB Warranty website. The promotion is volume-based, structured across Tiers 1-4. Contractors will receive cumulative rewards as you reach each tier. The eligible modes are APHWC501M, APHWC801M, APHWC501D, APHWC801D, APHWC501L, APHWC801L, and R5TT20F-SA0.

For contractors not yet registered as LG Pro Dealers, if they register LG HPWH units on the JB Warranties website while their LG Pro Dealer application is in progress, those products will be counted toward the promotion once their registration is completed.

Promotions payments will paid via ACH. To receive your payments, please enter your LG Pro Dealer Number below and then select Next and enter your banking and W9 information.

Payments will be processed weekly via ACH to the banking details provided below.

A W-9 form is required for IRS reporting when total payments exceed $600 in a calendar year. To comply with IRS regulations, the W-9 must be completed using the name of the payee, the individual or business receiving the payment.

Please provide the mailing address where you would like your 1099 form to be sent. Per IRS requirements, the name on the W-9 must match the name provided below. If payment is being issued to a business, please enter the business name in the first and last name fields.
